Help Us Spay 4 Cats a Day in Borneo

Who We Are

Pawsitive Vibes Foundation is a grassroots animal rescue effort based in Kuching, Sarawak, Borneo. Founded by a small team of UK animal lovers, we are on the ground every single day working to reduce the suffering of stray cats through an intensive Trap–Neuter–Return (TNR) programme.

Why TNR?

Overpopulation is one of the greatest causes of animal suffering in Borneo. Thousands of stray kittens are born into harsh street conditions, many dying within weeks from disease, malnutrition, or injury. TNR is a compassionate, effective alternative to culling. By spaying and neutering street cats, we break the breeding cycle, reduce street populations, and prevent future suffering — without harm.

Studies have shown that managed TNR colonies live healthier, longer lives. It's internationally recognised as the most humane solution to stray overpopulation.

What We Do

We catch cats from markets, back alleys, industrial areas, residential streets, food courts, and other such areas. We pay for their surgery, treat wounds and infections, vaccinate them, and rehome those who can’t survive the street. All of this is funded by donations and the small profit share from our charity-run cat café.

Your Impact

Your donation directly covers the cost of surgery and care. It’s just RM135 (about £22) to spay or neuter one cat. Every £5, £10 or £25 helps us reach our goal of 4 cats per day.

We’re not a big corporate charity. We’re hands-on. On the ground. And dedicated to helping Borneo’s cats, one life at a time.
